SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered when purchasing products through tropocollagen.co.uk.


1. Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 working days

  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next working day.

  • During busy periods, processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using reliable UK carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD.

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)

  • Express Delivery (1–2 working days)

  • Tracked Delivery is included with most orders

Delivery estimates begin after the order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery speed and destination.

Occasional free shipping promotions may apply — these will be displayed on the website.


4. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
If international shipping becomes available, we will update this policy.


5. Delivery Issues / Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check tracking information (if provided).

  2. Contact the courier directly if the parcel shows as “delivered” or “attempted delivery”.

Lost parcels will be investigated with the courier.
We will offer a replacement or refund once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.


6. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

  • If the address is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it for an additional shipping fee.

  • If the parcel is lost due to incorrect address details, refunds cannot be issued.


7. Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

  3. Provide your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund when the damage is verified.


8. Order Tracking

Most orders include tracking.
